Following is some brief information on some of A1 Security
Key Personnel that may be involved at varying levels in the
operation of the contract.
Mr Kerry Dunstan - Managing Director
Kerry brings to A1 25 years experience in the security industry
in senior positions in operations and finance.
Kerry has progressed to his current position due to his
sound management skills, commitment and successful management
of contracts entrusted to him.
Wendy Miller - National Customer Service
manager
Wendy brings to A1 Security extensive experience in customer
service roles with over 10 years in similar roles with National
companies. This experience has been gained in the Finance
and Property sectors which are very competitive and rely
solely on their customer service performance. Wendy has also
operated her own designer clothes business which gives her
a detailed understanding of the competitive pressures experienced
by our clientele.
Through this experience we believe Wendy can provide that
special link between our customers and our operational staff
to ensure the highest possible standards are maintained.
Darryl Tansey - State Operations Manager
Darryl has a total of 17 years experience in the security
industry in Southeast Queensland. He has been employed with
A1 Security for nearly 3 years and prior to this Darryl was
employed with another Queensland security firm for 15 years,
9 years of that as their State Operations Manager.
Darryl has an extensive background in Retail Security in
major regional shopping centres throughout Southeast Queensland
and specialises in the following areas: Human Resources,
Crowd Control, Planning Techniques and applications, Public
Liability and Risk Analysis, Customer Service, CCTV Planning
and Operation and Guard Dog Handling.
